Cocktails: Divine Rivals

Part one was filled with the tea flowing in the office. Therefore, we needed to make a cocktail that perfectly represents that. Jessica really killed it here by making an earl gray simple syrup. Iris love for tea really wore off on us and it was all we could think about.

"Tea at the Office"

Muddled blackberries

1 . 5 oz Earl grey simple syrup

1 . 5 oz Bourbon

.75 oz Brandy

Part two we dedicated this drink to Iris. She is strong and courageous so her drink needed to reflect that. As she comes from a long line of flower names, we opted for a hibiscus Gin. This drink is our take on a Moscow Mule.

"Inkridden Iris"

2 oz Hibiscus Gin

2 oz Lime juice

1 oz simple syrup

top with ginger beer & Mint
